Partner
Tânia advises individuals and families, with a particular focus on family law and succession matters.
She assists clients with succession planning, the organisation of family assets, separation, divorce and citizenship matters, often at moments of particular personal and family significance. She works closely with each client and is particularly attentive to the human dimension of these decisions.
She favours balanced solutions and, wherever possible, the prevention of conflict, seeking to preserve stability and continuity within the family. In her work with Legado Familiar - Private & Family Office, she supports families in decisions that extend beyond strictly legal matters.
Guilherme P. de Figueiredo

Guilherme advises families on legal and tax matters, with a particular focus on international tax, wealth and succession planning, and investment in Portugal.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax from Queen Mary University of London and is a full member of STEP — the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners — with the TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation. He has lived and worked in London and Geneva.
He advises Portuguese and international families on matters requiring coordination across jurisdictions, particularly where Portugal intersects with Brazil, France, French-speaking Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States. He works alongside family offices, asset managers, lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals in Portugal and abroad. In his work with Legado Familiar - Private & Family Office, he supports the overall coordination of family wealth matters and the professionals involved.
